55PLUS is a national program aimed at improving health and wellness for seniors. Participating members enjoy complimentary health screenings, exercise classes, relevant and informative seminars and workshops.
At St. Bernards, members receive a discount on cafeteria purchases, along with free coffee and tea. If hospitalized, 55PLUS members benefit from a streamlined admission process, discounted private room rate and other benefits. Membership benefits are available at our Jonesboro hospital, CrossRidge Community Hospital in Wynne, and participating medical facilities across the country.

UAMS - Center on Aging Resource Center
The UAMS Center on Aging-Northeast is a regional resource center aimed at improving wellness, education and the quality of care for seniors. It is open to older adults, families, community members and healthcare professionals. The center offers social work services, a library and media resource center, and community education programs, along with geriatric care education for area healthcare professionals and students.
The center is a is a collaborative effort by St. Bernards, the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Area Health Education Center-Northeast (AHEC) and the Donald W. Reynolds Center on Aging in Little Rock. For more information, visit www.centeronagingne.com or call 870.207.7595.
Senior Life Activity Centers
With 11 locations in five counties, St. Bernards Senior Life Centers give older adults a place to socialize and participate in activities. The activity centers provide a variety of recreational and educational opportunities, social support and physical activities. Lunch is served daily, Monday-Friday. Transportation services are available.
