In 1997 St. Bernards developed the Compliance Department and later combined with Ethics. The Compliance Department oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive corporate Compliance and Ethics Program.

Communication of standards of compliance and ethical conduct is achieved through Code of Business Conduct and Code of Ethics and company policies and procedures.

St. Bernards maintains a Compliance and Ethics Line 1.800.346.0192 or 870.207.5095 to receive reports from anyone who is aware of a violation of our Code of Business Conduct and Code of Ethics.

We monitor and audit areas of compliance risks to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed and are effective.
