Paid Patient Care Tech Training
Your first step toward a nursing career may be serving as a patient care tech (PCT). Under nurses’ supervision, you’ll tend to patients’ daily needs for health and hygiene. You don’t need healthcare experience to receive paid training in clinical settings and in the classroom at St. Bernards Medical Center. After successfully completing your coursework, you can look forward to meaningful work here.

LPN Sponsorship
While you study to become a licensed practical nurse (LPN), you may qualify for financial incentives and career placement at St. Bernards Medical Center. If selected, you’ll:
- Receive a monthly stipend to cover educational expenses
- Work with us PRN (as needed) or part-time
After graduation, we’ll help you find a full-time job at our medical center. Also, you’ll be eligible for bonuses.

LPN to RN Scholarship
As an LPN accepted to a registered nurse (RN) program, you may qualify for a monthly educational stipend while you work at St. Bernards Medical Center. After graduation, you’ll find a full-time RN job with us.
Traditional RN Sponsorship
Are you a traditional RN student at Arkansas Northeastern College, Arkansas State University – Newport or Black River Technical College? If so, you can:
- Earn a monthly stipend to cover educational expenses
- Work PRN (as needed) or part-time at St. Bernards Medical Center
After graduation, we’ll help you find a full-time job at our medical center. Also, you’ll be eligible for bonuses.
