Medical Staff Services are the gatekeepers of patient safety. Our job is to ensure that we employ and on-board the best practitioners.

Services

• Hospital credentialing and privileging of physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Meeting management for the Medical Executive Committee and all standing committees of the Medical Staff
• Support in the revision and maintenance of the Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules & Regulations

To request an affiliation verification, please email medstaffservices@sbrmc.org. All requests must include a signed release.

To request a credentialing application, please email medstaffservices@sbrmc.org. All requests for physician credentialing must include a current curriculum vitae.
