Aquatics
Relax, work out or learn to swim in one of the inviting pools at St. Bernards Health & Wellness. You can access them directly from the locker rooms or family changing area. All pools close 15 minutes before the facility closes.
Lap Pool
Perfect your stroke in our four-lane, 25-meter lap pool. The water temperature is 80 to 85 degrees—perfect for individual workouts, water aerobics classes and swimming lessons. Tracking your distance while practicing your freestyle or butterfly? Know that 64 lengths of the pool equal 1 mile.

Jetted Spa
After a workout, give your body a chance to relax and recover in our large whirlpool area for adults. Take advantage of the handicap-accessible entrance to the water, which ranges from 101 to 104 degrees.
Therapy Pool
Our warm water therapy pool is kept between 90-94 degrees. You will appreciate this option if you have joint pain caused by arthritis, artificial join replacement or any other chronic issues that are relieved with warm water.
St. Bernards Physical Therapy Department utilizes this pool throughout the day. During these times, the therapy pool is closed to members. Please refer to the Therapy Pool Schedule below.
