This noncontact, boxing-inspired fitness routine improves reaction time, strength, balance and flexibility. Workouts include focus mitts, heavy bags, speed bags, jump rope, core work, calisthenics and circuit weight training. You’ll enjoy camaraderie with your peers and a trainer who’s familiar with movement disorders. Additionally, the occasional group trip to the rock climbing walls!
