Bio: Norm Judd MS, CSCS, CES, EIM is the Medical Fitness Manager at St. Bernards Health & Wellness providing a continuum of care for the patient population. Incorporating exercise as medicine, Norm’s goal is to provide a safe and effective program to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and return to normal activities of daily living.

Bio: “I grew up in NW suburb of Chicago, IL and relocated to Jonesboro upon completing my training certifications. Whether training on land or in the pool, it brings me joy when my clients tell me they feel stronger, breathe easier, or when they are able to do something they could not do before. Such as, get up off the floor or step foot in a pool & swim. I strongly believe it is not how we look on the outside but how we feel on the inside. One quote that inspires me daily is one from Fred Devito, “If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”

Melanie enjoys teaching water aerobics and individual aqua personal training sessions. She also enjoys spending time with her family camping, boating, swimming, kayaking, gardening (any outdoor activity) and traveling.

Bio: I have been a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor for over 15 years. I enjoy getting to know my clients one-on-one and create a program that is specific to his/her goals.
