Drop in any day—no registration needed. If you choose to buy facility memberships for yourself and your children, they can take advantage of our equipment and amenities whenever we’re open.

Speed & Agility Training

Propel your child to greatness. Speed training shows young people how fast they can be when they start moving with precision and efficiency. We break down the mechanics for a proficient sprint, lateral shift or cut and quick changes of direction. Young athletes gain the edge they need to outmaneuver opponents and dominate the field.

Power & Strength Training

Build your child’s endurance and muscle mass with strength training. They’ll learn how to safely use age-appropriate resistance equipment and techniques to power through any sports drill or competition.

Core Training

A strong core is the foundation for balance, stability and power. We’ll target and sculpt your child’s core muscles, including the abs, back and pelvis, for better strength and resilience.Kids training
