You can request refills of your prescriptions by following the directions below:
- Call (870) 932-1198 or toll free (888) 798-0700.
- Be prepared to leave the following information:
- Caller’s Name
- Callback number
- Patient’s Name
- Patient’s Date of Birth
- Medications to be refilled
- Pharmacy you wish to use
- If you request your medication refill after 1 p.m., it may not be ready for pick-up until the next business day.
