Employer Info
SHARP services give employers an option for employee health insurance coverage. We lay the framework required for employers to move to a self-funded plan. Employers have more access to the plan’s options, benefits, cost and status information. Fully insured carriers often dictate the cost changes or how the plan covers employees; possibly increasing insurance costs while decreasing employee benefit.
Provider Network
SHARP offers the most comprehensive network of healthcare providers in the northeast Arkansas area. Our network has access to every medical service available as well as tertiary referral centers in Little Rock, Arkansas and Memphis, Tennessee including: Baptist Health Systems of Little Rock, UAMS, Arkansas Children's Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Regional One, and Methodist Healthcare Systems.
The SHARP provider network represents approximately 4,300 physicians, 800 are local, and 173 network facilities. The network facilities include participating hospitals, behavioral health facilities, home health and hospice services, outpatient surgery centers, imaging/radiology services, rehabilitation services and other provider services. SHARP's coverage area spans three states (Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee)

Dependent Audit
The typical dependent eligibility audit finds up to 16 percent of dependents are ineligible for the health plan. We help clients ensure every employee family member who receives health coverage is actually eligible.
We craft and execute smart, proven strategies that:
- Are understandable
- Provide guidance on where to obtain the documents
- Educate and engage people in the dependent audit program
Most health plans with ineligible dependents, are costly to the employer. Our team focuses on clear communication and customer service to assist employees and employers through the audit.
