Hospital Pediatric Care

During a stay at St. Bernards Medical Center, your child is in the hands of compassionate pediatric nurses, advanced practice providers and pediatric hospitalists (doctors who care for children in the hospital). A provider is available 24/7 to:

  • Assess and treat your child’s condition
  • Coordinate your child’s care, including all imaging exams, lab tests and other procedures
  • Arrange services from a specialist, rehabilitation therapist or other providers
  • Update you and your PCP on your child’s progress and answer your questions

After your child goes home, your pediatrician or family doctor will resume your child’s care. Need a doctor for your child? Browse our provider directory.
