Am I Eligible?

You may qualify for Total Life Healthcare if all these factors apply to you:

• You’re at least 55 years old.
• You live in our service area [PDF].
• You meet the Arkansas Department of Human Services’ criteria for eligibility in our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly. (We’ll help you identify whether you meet these conditions.)
• We determine you can safely live in your community with our support.
